Marketing Communication Specialist- Retail Banking (Chinese speaking)

Support the development and execution of marketing communication strategies to enhance brand awareness, promote products, and engage target customers effectively. This role ensures marketing activities align with business goals and delivers measurable results through various channels.

Responsibilities:
• Assist in planning and executing marketing communication strategies to enhance brand awareness and visibility.
• Create and manage content for social media, website, email campaigns, and other marketing channels.
• Support coordination with internal teams (Marketing,Sales) and external partners such as agencies or influencers.
• Assist in the execution of campaigns, events, and PR activities.
• Monitor basic metrics and prepare reports on campaign performance and engagement.
• Ensure all communication materials maintain brand consistency.
• Contribute ideas for creative marketing initiatives and provide input on communication strategies.

• Bachelor’s degree in Communication Arts, Marketing, Public Relations, or related fields.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills (English and Thai).
• Ability to speak Mandarin
• Candidates with Chinese language proficiency will be given additional consideration.
• Knowledge of social media platforms, content creation, and basic marketing tools.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and work under deadlines.
• For Senior Officer: 2–5 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Experience with media relations, events, or content strategy is a plus.
• Familiarity with tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, or Meta Ads Manager is advantageous.
