Job Description
• Assist corporate clients complete account application form and open accounts THB, CCY and Internet Banking.
- Double check account opening application forms, KYC forms.
- Handle application forms and supporting documents.
• Assist corporate clients complete Deposit Transactions (Include response to inquiries).
- Changing customers' information as requested (authorized signatory and payment conditions, name, phone, e-mail, address, signature changes).
- Handle Balance checks & Bank Statement requests.
-Handle Bank certifications requests.
-Handle withholding tax and Tavi 50 requests.
• Assist corporate clients complete Transaction-progress tracking.
-Track transaction status (completed or in progress) and respond to customer inquiries.
-Direct customers to the relevant department for specialized support.
Job Requirement
• Bachelor’s degree / master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Management, Banking, or any related field.
• Fluent in English (speaking, reading, writing)
• Ability to speak Mandarin
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role.
• Handle customer complaints provide appropriate solutions.
• Good command in English and/or Chinese ,is a plus.
• Strong client facing and communication skills.
• Engages in direct communication with customer as required.
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
