Overseas Management Planning Specialist(Full-time job)

1. Responsible for managing overseas channels, including target setting, performance management, product and service planning, regulatory compliance, and establishing internal management systems and controls.
2. Assess the feasibility of establishing overseas branches/offices and conduct research on foreign laws, regulations, and market/market conditions.

1. Proficient in English(speaking, listening, reading and writing); TOEIC 750 or equivalent level preferred.
2. Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
3. Proactive and highly motivated, independent, adaptable, with strong communication skills and a willingness to take on challenges.
4. Prior practical experience in the financial industry preferred; candidates with overseas banking experience or demonstrated experience in establishing and managing overseas locations are highly desirable.
*Language: Proficient in Chinese (speaking, listening, reading and writing)
*Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field preferred.
